It’s so temping to leave pricing off the website and have you contact us. You really should do that anyway as there’s so much that can affect the total cost. However, the following steps provide the framework and can give you a rough idea of what to expect.

We know from talking to other MSPs that many charge much more and have clients that are completely happy. We also know that a little Googling and you’ll find many offering what at first glance seems to be the same service at silly low prices.

The system.

Some companies charge by machine, others by user, other a flat fee. However, the pricing has to be fair and just for both us, as a provider, and you as a customer. The reality is that the work we need to put in scales directly with both the hardware and the users. Also, your productivity will scale with both the number of users you have and the amount of equipment.

Once the base rate has been established we’ll look at the bigger picture and apply any required discounts or additions.

We work with each client to establish specific expectations. Your contract dictates what we’ll do at what time but the bottom line is if the shit hits the fan we’ll do what is needed.
